Terms of use

These terms apply to this marketing website. They are not the agreement under which an institute uses the CoachOS product. That is a separate written contract covering service levels, data processing, fees and termination, provided before any institute begins using CoachOS with real data.

What this site is

A description of the CoachOS product and a way to arrange a demonstration of it. The information here describes product features, pricing and onboarding. It does not form an offer, a warranty, or a commitment to deliver any particular feature by any particular date.

Booking a demo

Booking a slot creates no obligation on either side. There is no charge, and we do not ask for payment details to show you the product. Either of us may reschedule or cancel.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking us first, scrape it at a volume that affects other visitors, or submit false information through the contact form. If you have found a security issue, we would genuinely like to hear about it at hello@coachoshq.com.

Content and trademarks

The text, design, illustrations and the CoachOS name on this site belong to us. The product screenshots and mockups shown here are illustrations built from sample data. They do not depict any real institute, student, parent or member of staff.

Third party services

Demo scheduling is provided by Calendly and is subject to Calendly’s own terms. We are not responsible for the availability of third party services embedded in this site.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
