Institute admins can export roster, parent, faculty and fee records as CSV from inside CoachOS. You can retain your own copies and review data access, billing and service terms with us before onboarding.

There is nothing to install. The parent portal opens in the phone browser they already use, and the institute invites the guardian from the student record rather than the parent signing up on their own. For families who will never open a portal, the communication module sends the same information as messages instead, from your own approved WhatsApp sender once that account is connected. You decide what is published and to whom, per institute.

WhatsApp uses your approved Gupshup account and message templates. Online payments use your Razorpay account, with settlements going directly to your bank. We help connect and verify these accounts during onboarding. Provider approval and charges apply separately.

Starter is ₹4,999 a month for a single branch of around 200 active students. Growth is ₹14,999 a month for multiple branches of around 2,000. Those are shapes rather than limits - if you are much larger, much smaller, or arranged differently, ask us for a quote. Pay annually and you pay for ten months instead of twelve. Prices exclude GST, the WhatsApp and SMS your provider bills to your own account, and Razorpay's transaction fees.

Yes. CoachOS supports imports for students, parents, faculty and fees. Bring a sample spreadsheet to your demo so we can confirm the mapping, cleanup and migration scope with you before onboarding.

The faculty workspace is deliberately narrow: timetable, attendance, material, assignments and doubts. Most teachers only need the attendance register and material publishing on day one. We train your staff during rollout rather than handing over a manual.

CoachOS works in phone and desktop browsers. An internet connection is required to view and update records, including attendance and payments.

No. Parents sign in through the browser on their phone using the invitation from your institute. Attendance, results, fees and announcements are available in one place.

Yes. Branch admins carry a branch scope, and the core admissions, CRM and academic lists are filtered to their branch. The owner sees everything across branches.

Records are scoped by institute, with role and branch permissions controlling access. We can walk through these controls during your demo.

You export it. Institute admins can pull their roster, parent, faculty and fee data as CSV from inside the product, without asking us. We think that is the right default whether or not you stay.

The interface ships in English and Hindi, and the institute controls the default and whether users may switch. Content your team authors, such as lessons and notices, is shown exactly as you wrote it and is never machine translated.

Your institute website is included at a CoachOS address, with your institute name, brand colour, courses and enquiry form. Custom domains are not included in the subscription.
